Honorable Chris Widener, FAIA,
President

Hon. Chris Widener, FAIA, is a senior public policy and political strategist. He served as President Pro Tempore of the Ohio Senate and has held many other senior leadership and committee chair roles in the Ohio Legislature. His experience includes shaping the State of Ohio’s biannual operating budget and capital budget, the current “pay for performance” funding formula for Ohio’s Universities and was the author of legislation that created the Federal Military Jobs Commission.

Chris is known for his extensive knowledge and understanding of Ohio’s Medicaid and health care reimbursement programs and he was the Senior member of the state’s Controlling Board.

He brings executive level experience with oversight and crafting of strategic public policy and message development in K-12 Primary education. He is an accomplished developer of public/private partnerships, including the creation of the Global Impact STEM Academy.

He has extensive experience with local and statewide political issue campaigns, political candidate campaigns and political fundraising.
​
Chris is an award winning architect. Prior to starting his own business, Chris’s career began as an Architect and Historic Preservation Officer at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. He was one of the American Institute of Architects youngest members to ever be elevated to Fellowship within the Institute.

Chris is also an accomplished motivational speaker at National, Regional, and local presentations.
Christina Cave
Research Manager
Christina Cave acts as the Research Manager for Achieve Strategy Group. Christina has over 16 years experience in private sector business and administration.
Strategist
Achieve Strategy Group is modeled to collect the strongest industry experts with whom we have worked in other roles and other client projects to put the smartest minds to work on our client’s issues. Achieve Strategy Group assembles specific teams for specific client issues and proposals, for specific results. We are single-source integrator for strategic outcomes and the following experts are available for our client projects.
Dave Estrop, Ph.D., principal of Estrop Consulting, LLC, has led educational and organizational change in four public school districts in two states in a variety of leadership positions. He has organized and led the work of several collaborative efforts to improve not only public education, but the quality of community life. Dave is recognized by area media and colleagues as an articulate advocate for public education. He is involved in the leadership of various organizations seeking to reform and improve public schools in Ohio. He was in public education for 45 years and in public administration for 30 years. Dave attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale where he received his Ph.D. in Education Administration and Higher Education.
